3. Eligibility


To use the Service, you must:

  • Use purchased, scraped, or unauthorized contact lists;
  • Harvest, scrape, or collect data from the Service without authorisation;
  • Attempt unauthorised access to any systems or accounts;
  • Upload malicious code, malware, or harmful content;
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Service;
  • Use the Service in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited conduct.

9. Review Solicitation Compliance

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your use of the Service complies with:

  • Third-party review platform policies;
  • Consumer protection laws;
  • Advertising regulations;
  • Anti-spam and electronic communication laws;
  • Data privacy laws.

Raving Reviews does not guarantee that your use of the Service complies with the policies of any third-party platform.

You acknowledge that review platforms may change their rules, algorithms, APIs, or enforcement policies at any time.

10. No Guaranteed Results

While the Service is designed to assist businesses in requesting, managing, promoting, and responding to customer reviews, we do not guarantee:

• Any minimum number of reviews;
• Any review response rate;
• Any specific star rating;
• Any improvement in reputation;
• Any search engine rankings;
• Any local search visibility;
• Any increase in leads, enquiries, customers, revenue, or business performance.

Results depend on numerous factors beyond our control, including customer behaviour, market conditions, competition, third-party platform policies, and your implementation of the Service.

11. SMS and Email Communications Compliance

If you use the Service to send SMS messages, emails, or automated communications, you represent and warrant that:

You have obtained all legally required consents and permissions;

Your communications comply with applicable laws including:

  • CAN-SPAM Act;
  • TCPA (Telephone Consumer Protection Act);
  • GDPR;
  • PECR;
  • CASL;
  • and any other applicable communication or privacy laws;
  • You maintain records of consent where legally required;
  • You honor opt-out and unsubscribe requests promptly;
  • You will not send messages to individuals on Do-Not-Call or suppression lists where prohibited.

You are solely responsible for all communications sent through the Service.

12. User-Generated Content

You retain ownership of any content you upload, submit, post, transmit, or display through the Service (“User Content”).

By using the Service, you grant Raving Reviews a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, process, reproduce, display, and distribute User Content solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.

By using AI-related features, you acknowledge and agree that:

You are solely responsible for reviewing and approving AI-generated content before use or publication;
AI outputs may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific circumstances;
We are not liable for losses or claims arising from AI-generated content.

AI features are provided for assistance purposes only.


14. Beta Features

From time to time, we may offer access to beta, trial, preview, or experimental features (“Beta Features”).

Beta Features may:

  • contain bugs or errors;
  • be incomplete;
  • change without notice;
  • be discontinued at any time.

Beta Features are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind and may not be suitable for production use.

We are not liable for any damages, losses, or issues arising from your use of Beta Features.

Certain subscription plans may include usage limits, fair usage allowances, feature restrictions, AI-generated content limits, communication limits, storage limits, user limits, integration limits, or other usage-based restrictions.

These limits may include, but are not limited to:

• AI-generated blog content
• AI-generated social media content
• AI-generated review responses
• AI chatbot usage
• SMS & WhatsApp messaging 
• Email communications
• Storage and media uploads
• User seats and account access
• Third-party integrations

Where usage limits apply, they will be displayed on the relevant pricing page, subscription plan, proposal, or account dashboard.

If your usage exceeds the limits of your current plan, we reserve the right to:

• restrict additional usage until the next billing cycle;
• charge overage fees where applicable;
• recommend or require an upgrade to a higher subscription plan;
• suspend features that exceed the applicable limits.

We reserve the right to modify usage limits, features, pricing, and plan structures from time to time. Any such changes will apply prospectively and will not affect rights already accrued.


19. Free Trials

We may offer free trials for certain subscription plans.

Unless cancelled before the trial period ends:

  • Your subscription may automatically convert to a paid subscription;
  • Your payment method may be charged automatically.

We reserve the right to modify, limit, or terminate free trial offers at any time.


20. Intellectual Property

  • ACCURACY OR RELIABILITY;

  • free from viruses, malware, or harmful components.

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk.


24. Limitation of Liability 

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Raving Reviews and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, contractors, licensors, and agents shall not be liable for any:

  • indirect damages;
  • incidental damages;
  • consequential damages;
  • special damages;
  • punitive damages;
  • loss of profits;
  • loss of business;
  • loss of goodwill;
  • loss of data.

We do not guarantee that the Service will always be available, uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. Scheduled maintenance, updates, technical issues, internet failures, or third-party outages may result in temporary interruptions to the Service.

Our total aggregate liability arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to Raving Reviews during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

25. Indemnification 

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Raving Reviews and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and licensors from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

  • Your use of the Service;
  • Your violation of these Terms;
  • Your User Content;
  • Your violation of applicable laws or third-party rights.


26. Suspension and Termination 

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, including for:

  • violations of these Terms;
  • unlawful conduct;
  • non-payment;
  • abuse of the Service;
  • security risks;
  • fraudulent activity.

Upon termination:

Your license to use the Service immediately ends;

Access to your account and data may be restricted or deleted;
You remain responsible for outstanding obligations.

You are solely responsible for exporting your data before termination.


27. Force Majeure Clause

We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:

  • acts of God;
  • natural disasters;
  • pandemics;
  • war;
  • terrorism;
  • labor disputes;
  • internet or telecommunications failures;
  • cyberattacks;
  • power outages;
  • government actions;
  • failures of third-party providers or hosting services.

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.
