Get trusted

The staff leaderboard, every star credited to the right person.

Every member of staff has a personal review QR code and link, so each review that comes through their link is theirs. When a customer happens to mention someone by name, that counts too. A live board, on whichever screen you like, shows who’s top for the week, the month or all time.

Questions, answered

Is it fair on staff?

It’s designed as friendly encouragement, so the team can see the difference they make. Keep it that way: celebrate the board, but don’t set review targets or tie bonuses to review counts or named reviews.

Should staff ask customers to mention their name?

No. Google’s review policy doesn’t allow businesses to ask staff to collect reviews that name a team member, or to set review targets. Each person’s link and QR code does the crediting, so customers can write whatever they like. A name is a bonus when a customer chooses to mention someone.

How does it work out who a review is about?

It searches for their name, or any nickname you add. Short names must have a capital letter to count, so “Will” scores but “we will be back” doesn’t.

Could someone cheat by scanning their own code?

Visits only count once per person in each period, so repeated scans don’t inflate the numbers.
